...at the same time families are often living far away from their family support networks, leaving new parents feeling isolated and overwhelmed. They often turn for help from friends, the media and books, but are left exhausted from conflicting advice they find. By guiding you through the maze I can help in those early weeks, day or night, supporting you as you become new parents.
It can be quite an overwhelming and exhausting experience when you take your precious bundle home from hospital. Often all that is required is confidence in learning new skills. Using good sleep associations, easing winding and colic issues and getting you organised, I can help you through many of the difficulties experienced in the first few months of parenthood. You might want support with breast feeding or during postnatal depression. It could be that all that is needed is a good night's sleep. I can night-nanny and take over for as many nights as you wish. If you would like an extra pair of hands, support establishing feeding or with any other concerns, please get in touch. Clients have been amazed at the difference early intervention makes. I offer flexible night or day support lasting from a few hours to a few months. Please get in touch if you have a problem you feel I can help you with.
