In order to change existing sleep habits your baby or child should feel reassured and confident during sleep coaching.
An understanding supportive presence and responsive empathy will help to gently guide your child into better sleep. Each child can be encouraged to develop life long good sleep habits by using researched based techniques, adapting your child's circadian rhythm, age appropriate approaches and personalised support.
I trained at Norland and have worked in many aspects of childcare since. My great belief is that every child deserves a happy childhood full of fun, adventure and the ability to develop to their very best potential. I realised that very often the best way to help, is to give parents the confidence to continue their wonderful work in achieving this. Often a little friendly support at the right moment is all that is required.
Xanthe Lukes NNEB (Norland) was trained at Norland College and has more than 30 years experience working with children. She lives in Taunton, Somerset/Devon border close to Musgrove Hospital. Video calls can be scheduled UK wide and home visits within the Taunton, Somerset area.
